It is possible to take a flight on the same day to Kupang, Tambolaka (Sumba) or Denpasar with NAM Air dep 13:10 (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). You need to be at the airport around 11:30. From the parking of Kelimutu NP it is 3,5 hours non stop to the airport, so you need to leave at least around 8 am. Maybe a quick stop of 30 minutes at Koka Beach may be possible if you leave earlier. Speak with your driver.

If your flight is on to Makassar with Wings Air dep 15:25 (every day) you need to be at the airport around 13:45 so there is still time to visit Koka Beach and maybe one of the other spots.

Flight early morning Denpasar or early afternoon from Labuan Bajo to Ende. Arrival 14:15. Continue by car. Late afternoon you will reach Moni, a small village where you spend the night.
Next morning you can visit Kelimutu in the morning (sunrise is between 5:40 and 6:10 depending on the time of the year).

Then head for Ende for your flight to Kupang late morning or afternoon (non stop driving time from the parking to Ende is 2 hours, from Moni 1,5 hours) or drive to Maumere for your flight (back) to Labuan Bajo.

With this ultra short trip you still can enjoy Kelimutu AND Komodo National Park. Indeed, you will have to fly within Flores itself which is a pity. But after seeing these two wonders you will be back someday. No doubt.
